Art.3
\nThe competition is open to pianists from any country\u00a0 born after 1st<\/sup> January 1987 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Art.4
\nThe deadline for submission of the Applications is on<\/p>\n

6th SEPTEMBER 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>The competition management will not consider those applications lacking any of the documents mentioned below (art.7) , nor will it accept applications arriving after the deadline.<\/p>\n

The candidates are invited to get information about their Application correct arrival writing to the mail address of the competition: info@premiorobertomelini.it<\/a><\/p>\n

Art.5
\nThe registration procedure involves the compilation in any part of the Application Form which candidates will find on internet web-site<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Art .6
\nThe Registration\u00a0 fee is \u20ac 100,00<\/strong> (hundred,00 euro) and it is not\u00a0 refundable. It will be refundable only in the case the Application will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

Art.7
\nThe Application Form must necessarily<\/strong>\u00a0 enclose the following documents:<\/p>\n

-Photocopy of Identity Card or other equivalent document
\n-Photocopy of Italian\u00a0 Tax code or Photocopy\u00a0 of the tax number issued in one\u2019s country of citizenship
\n– A professional photograph
\n-Curriculum vitae and repertoire
\n– A photocopy of residence permit\u00a0 for Applicants not belonging to the EU Community
\n-The receipt of the bank transfer of \u20ac100,00<\/strong><\/p>\n

Art.8
\nAll candidates must present in the\u00a0 Application Form a statement with the name of their teacher\u00a0 and the exact duration of the pieces submitted .<\/p>\n

Art.9
\nThe candidates will be excluded if they will not be present on\u00a0 Monday 1st October 2019<\/strong> at Competitors Secretary \u00a0Office at Teatro Mons. Caproni<\/strong> Levico Terme<\/strong> ( Trento) \u00a0in order to confirm their participation . On Monday<\/strong> 1st<\/sup><\/strong> and Tuesday 2th<\/strong> it will also\u00a0 be possible to practice on the Piano of the Competition.<\/p>\n

Art.10
\nThe Competition organisers will provide the strings for the chamber music round. The 3 candidates admitted to the final round will\u00a0 rehearsal with the strings\u00a0 on 4th<\/sup> and 5th<\/sup> October<\/strong><\/p>\n

Art.11
\nAll rounds are public. Competitors will play in alphabetical order starting from a letter drawn by lot .<\/p>\n

Art.12
\nCandidates will provide for the Jury two copies of the scores of the program submitted.<\/p>\n

Jury<\/strong><\/p>\n

Art.13
\nThe Jury comprises eminent musicians of different nationalities. In the case of teaching relationship or kinship with a jury member the candidate will not be admitted. A statement about the Jury relations with the candidates \u00a0will be signed at the beginning of the competition.<\/p>\n

Only for the Final Round a second Jury, composed by artistic directors and\u00a0 journalists, will assign\u00a0 a special prize.<\/p>\n

Art.14
\nThe Jury\u00a0 will have the\u00a0 faculty to assign one or more prizes ex-aequo. In this case the prizes will be divided into equal parts. The Jury will announce the winners after the Final Concert on 5th October 2019<\/strong>. The decision of the Jury is final and no appeal is admitted.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Art.15
\nThe organisers\u00a0 will not be responsible of any damage to people and\/or\u00a0 things during the Competition.
\nThe partecipants\u00a0 will renounce to every right to use and exploit radio and\/or television recordings of their perfomances.
\nThe entry application implies the acceptance of all the rules set and\u00a0 of\u00a0 every\u00a0 necessary changes made by the Artistic Director.\u00a0 In the case of dispute, the Italian version of the official rules shall prevail.<\/p>\n

Privacy <\/strong><\/p>\n

Art. 16
\nPartecipants authorise the Associazione<\/em> Distratta Musa<\/em>\u00a0 to process their personal data in order to handle their registration for Premio Melini<\/em>, and for all necessary administrative and promotional activities which Association intends to under take. Under the terms of Italian legal degree n.196\/2003 , partecipants may at any time have access to their personal data and request modification and \/or cancellation<\/p>\n
